Safe Drinking Water

American public water systems are in crisis. More than ever, the availability of safe water is in question. Current water treatment technology and government agencies cannot keep up with the growing list of organic and chemical contaminants in the water we consume daily. Conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, and ulcers may be greatly relieved or prevented by the daily ingestion of adequate amounts of pure water.

Filters

There are several filters in the marketplace, which include shower filters as well as drinking filters. Some will help eliminate additives and chemicals more than others. Recently, I purchased a Berkey water filter because I sampled the water and found it very pure tasting.

The Berkey system has 7 models to choose from.

 Berkey Water Filters can remove

Cauliflower Pizza

My 30-yr. old granddaughter often makes this.  She follows a gluten-free diet. For those who are lactose intolerant, there isn’t cheese or any dairy in this recipe.

Chop up cauliflower.

You can flavor the crust by adding any of the following

Paprika, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, oregano, Himalayan sea salt

Put in a food processor. Mix until the consistency of flour.

Make ½ “crust

Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

For topping the following suggestions

Arugula, portabella mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, scallions

Or anything of your choosing!
