Tis the Season to Relax

Once again, the holidays have come around. Gifting others, having Christmas displays, and decorating trees. 

In order to have a peaceful time, I commit to the following:

*Getting good sleep; 7-8 hours

* exercising and meditation

* Each morning, saying what I am grateful for

* doing something kind for someone

* laughing

* eating healthily

* being in the moment

* Reduce stress

* Remind myself that love is always the answer

Infinite Love fills my mind and thrills my body with its perfect life.’ Make everything bright and beautiful about you. Cultivate a spirit of humor. Enjoy the sunshine.
